Shipping & Return Policy
For live plants, we can only ship within Canada, for other items we can ship internationally.
Succulents shipping conditions will depend on the destination location, season and weather. We try to minimize any stress or shipping shock to the plant. Heat pack will be charged during winter shipping.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed as it takes a fair amount of time to prepare. Additional processing time may be required for unexpected circumstances, special events or holiday season.
We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders!
We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive at their final destination safely.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. the buyer might need to file a claim with the shipping company.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order and ask for a refund before your order ships, we deduct a 5% transaction fee from the refunded price to the original paying method or we can process the full store credit.
Pick-up
You have up to 1 week to pick up your order. After 1 week, orders containing plants that weren't picked up will be cancelled and refunded minus a 50% restocking fee.
Returns & Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges, all items are final sales. That being said, we care about your experience & will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience purchasing from us. Exceptions are on a case-by-case basis.
